It's attacking strength is immense (+30) and causes some great damage. Below you'll find the basic information on the keyblade.

Kingdom Hearts:
Location: In the chest in the Grand Hall after you defeat Riku for the second time.
Description: Posesses colossal power, but reduces Max MP by 1.

Kingdom Hearts 2:
Obtained: In the last level, The World That Never Was *SPOILER*After you've defeated Xigbar, and have watched the cutscene when Sora and Riku finally reunite.*END SPOILER*
Strength: +33 (depends on your level I believe), Magic:(+30), Ability: Drive Boost.

Oblivion is wielded by Sora in Kingdom Hearts I, and in KHII/KHII:FM It is wielded by both Sora and his Nobody Roxas, along with the Oathkeeper keyblade. The shot above you is from Final Mix, where you actually go up against Roxas.
